Next month the frankfurt autoshow takes place on BMWs home turf so they want to make the biggest news.  The concept they’ll debut, call Vision EfficientDynamics, is a 356 horsepower diesel electric hybrid that can do 0-60 in 4.8 seconds and will get 75 miles to the gallon.
